Terms of service & privacy

Last updated: October 22, 2026. "We" means Jamie Warren, doing business as Your Voice, Installed, based in North Carolina, USA. Contact: [email protected].

1. What you're buying

A one-time, done-for-you service. From writing samples you provide, we create: a Claude Skill file, setup instructions for ChatGPT (Projects or custom GPTs), a portable voice guide (Markdown and PDF), paste-ready setups for Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot and a generic version for other AI tools with a custom instructions field, a one-page quick-start guide, and three sample pieces written with the setup. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

2. Delivery

We deliver by email after we receive your completed intake form. If your intake is missing required samples, we'll ask for them before we start.

3. One revision

Your purchase includes one round of revisions. Reply to your delivery email within 14 days with what you'd like changed and we'll update the setup once. Additional revisions or new scope (for example, a second brand) aren't included.

4. Refunds

  • Before delivery: you can cancel for a full refund at any time before your files are delivered, including before you submit your intake.
  • Delivery delay: if your files haven't arrived within 7 days of submitting your completed intake form, you're entitled to a full refund on request.
  • After delivery: because the work is custom and delivered digitally, refunds after delivery aren't otherwise offered. Your remedy for anything you're unhappy with is the included revision. We may issue a refund at our discretion.

5. AI-assisted output, and no guarantee of results

Our deliverables are prepared using AI-assisted tools and templates, based on the writing samples you provide. The files guide how AI tools write; they don't control them. AI output can still be inaccurate, off-tone, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing anything an AI produces before you publish or send it. We don't guarantee any particular result, including engagement, sales, rankings or exact sound-alike output. Third-party tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Copilot) change their features, availability and pricing, and we're not responsible for those changes or for your accounts with those services.

6. Your content

  • You confirm you own, or have the right to share, everything you submit.
  • Don't submit confidential information, trade secrets, or personal data about other people (for example client names, contact details, health or financial information). We may remove such content if we notice it.
  • You keep all rights to your writing. You give us a limited permission to use it only to create and revise your deliverables.
  • Once paid, the delivered files are yours to use and edit for your own business. You may not resell them as a product or service.

7. Security

We will never ask for your passwords, logins, or API keys, and we never need access to your accounts. You install the files yourself. If someone claiming to be us asks for any of these, don't share them, and let us know.

8. Testimonials

After delivery we may ask for a short, honest review. Giving one is optional. We only publish your review, name or business with your permission, and we never edit a review to change its meaning.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or reputational harm from content you publish). The service is provided "as is" except as stated in these terms.

10. Not affiliated

Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Gemini is a trademark of Google LLC. Perplexity is a trademark of Perplexity AI, Inc. Microsoft Copilot is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. These names are used only to describe compatibility. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.

Privacy note

  • What we collect: your name, email, business name, the writing samples and notes you submit, and basic order details. If you sign up for the free Voice Primer, your name and email.
  • Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Where it's stored: form submissions are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare). If you join our email list, your name and email are stored with our email provider.
  • How we use it: only to deliver and support your order, and (if you signed up) to send occasional emails you can unsubscribe from at any time. We don't sell your data.
  • AI processing: to build your setup, your samples may be processed with AI tools. We don't submit your samples to any public gallery or marketplace.
  • Retention: we delete your writing samples within 90 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask. We keep basic order records as required for tax and accounting.
  • Your choices: email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete your information.
